A project’s success hinges on proper planning and thoughtful design. It also helps when there’s firsthand experience behind the technologies and systems being proposed. We always consider materials sourcing, installation logistics, and associated costs when creating your design so that you’re not stuck paying for any surprises or oversight down the line.
We don’t blindly pass off a set of plans to our installation team to implement. Instead, the construction of your design is closely connected, with your designer often playing the role of project manager on site. This hands-on experience means fluidity and time-saving efficiency for your project, with the end result meeting — and exceeding — your expectations.
We’re unique in that we consider the maintenance of your landscape during the design process. So it comes as no surprise that our job is not done after the plants are installed. Use the equity in your property to capitalize the funding for your next project. PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) Financing provides low-cost, zero-down loans for qualifying green technology installations. We were the first PACE contractor to use this type of funding to pay for Green Stormwater Infrastructure and — having recently completed the largest PACE-funded green roof in the U.S. — we’ve figured out the ‘secret sauce’ when it comes to making these ‘green’ projects a reality.
