Located on Tribal Lands in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, this project is situated within the Bay Mills Indian Community. It was a multi-phased effort to implement Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) that manages runoff, enhances the local environment, and honors cultural and ecological values.

Located on Lime Lake in Maple City, MI, just minutes from Lake Michigan and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, this natural shoreline restoration project reflects Inhabitect’s comprehensive design-build approach. Completed in the summer of 2023, this project transformed the property into a more functional lakeside retreat.

Inhabitect involvement: We were actively involved with the design team, developers and general contractors during this entire project. Acting as the green roof consultant, system designers and installer we insured the right steps were taken to make this project a success!
