Located in downtown Midland, Pathfinder Terraces, an award-winning project, is a modern mixed-use re-development featuring a shared rooftop terrace designed to enhance the living experience of its residents. Inhabitect was hired to install 2,340 square feet of pedestal pavers and 710 square feet of green roof, creating a functional and visually appealing outdoor space.
The shared community space provides a dynamic environment for residents, blending durable hardscapes with lush vegetated areas to improve aesthetics, manage stormwater, and stand out. We provided design and consulting services throughout the duration of the project. Our team collaborated closely with the general contractor and other subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of the paver system and green roof components. This project not only highlights our expertise in rooftop amenity and living spaces but also contributed to the project’s recognition, earning Cobblestone Homes a Gold ABC Greater Michigan Excellence in Construction Award.
