- GSI – Green stormwater infrastructure manages a portion of the stormwater hitting the rooftop of this project. This was accomplished by using an extensive green roof.
The Exchange Bar & Grill did a major renovation of their building in Northville, MI. They invested into the “fifth elevation” of their building, their rooftop, to enhance the customers’ experience. This included a rooftop bar and patio as well as an extensive green roof. This space has been a major success and we highly recommend stopping by the next time you are in the neighborhood.
